Grading Update 5: Course Grades Ready The wait is almost over. Just the RTT for your GET request launched when you click here. You may need to click refresh. Have a good summer! This summer we'll be finally upgrading our Web server so that GET requests don't return a 304 when they should return a 200.

Grading Update 3: Final Exam Grades Ready. The median was 50, with a range [21,71]. Those seeking bragging rights for the highest grade will have to share, two got a 71. Grading Update 0: Linked the Final Exam to the Homework & Exams page. Grading will start tomorrow, and final exam grades may be available by tomorrow late afternoon. Good luck on your other finals. Thank you to whoever provided the comment on the blackboard about grade inflation, though it should have been made in private since some students might have been distracted from the exam by the worry that I would take that complaint as a challenge to grade more strictly. :-)

Alerted by a student, made a minor correction to the solution of 2016 Final Exam Problems 1d and 1e. The =2 comparison unit was changed to =0. The surrounding comments and solution discussion were correct, the only change was the =2. Thank you to the student for the correction.

Those who want to work on Homework 1 outside of the lab may be able to partially do so by following the instructions on the EE 4755 (Verilog) procedures page. It will be possible to edit your code, but running SPIM (the MIPS simulator) will require getting a graphical connection working which is possible but more trouble.

For additional MIPS practice consider looking some EE 3755 MIPS assignments: EE 3755 Fall 2012 Homework 4, count words in a string, and EE 3755 Fall 2013 Homework 5, clean up whitespace. The code for those assignments is directories /home/faculty/koppel/pub/ee3755/hw/2012f/hw04 and /home/faculty/koppel/pub/ee3755/hw/2013f/hw05.
