Grading Update 2: Final Exam Grades Ready The average was about 10 points higher than the previous exams, 65.2, though the standard deviation is the same. The range is [2,97], and the median is 67.5. The most important number, of course, is your grade. For that info click here.

The homework and course average will be posted by Friday at the very earliest, more likely on Monday. The letter grades will be chosen to approximately match EE 2720-1. The next grading update will be posted Friday by about 17:00.

End of Semester Notes

A homework assignment will be posted here later today, possibly in the early evening. It will be due Monday 28 November 2011, though late submissions will be accepted until the morning of Wednesday 30 November.

Additional problems will be posted. These will be like homework assignments except that submitting a solution is optional and grades will not count.

Solutions to the second midterm exam will be posted this week and the solution to the remaining homework and problems will be posted next week.

An exam study guide will be posted next week. It will include the range of topics, textbook sections, study suggestions, etc. Suggestions on what to put in the study guide are welcome.

Additional material and notices may be posted, so check the Web page periodically, perhaps using the RSS aggregater (Web feed reader) of your choice.

Grading Update 4:Midterm Exam 2 grades ready. The grade distribution is similar to the first midterm: The average is 55.8, the median is 59.5, and the range is [95,8]. The exam grading will be curved so that the grade distribution approximately matches section 1. With all of that in mind click here.

Grading Update 3: Grading almost complete, but I have to stop for the day. Grades will be available tomorrow before noon.

There have been some EE 2720 registration mix-ups. Please check to make sure that you are attending the correct EE 2720 section.

Grading Update 2: Midterm I exam grades ready. The dynamic range is [2,100], the median grade is 56. Don't panic!, for midterm letter grades half the class will get a B or better. Those who submitted an alias should sit down, take a deep breath and then click here. That page also has a plot of the grade distribution, so those who did not submit an alias may want to view it too.

Grading Update 1a: Midterm exam grades will not be available until Monday.

Grading Update 1: Problems 1-7 have been graded, all that remains is Problem 8. The grades may not be available until Monday. The numeric grades will reflect the correctness of the answers given. Letter grades will be chosen to match the difficulty of this class with section 1.
