Grading Update 3: Problems 1-4 graded. I'm impressed that some provided exactly correct answers for the B2 accuracy in the branch predictor problem. Anyway, grading will resume tomorrow afternoon and final exam grades will be posted tomorrow. The next grading update will be posted by 15:00 tomorrow. |

Posted an updated midterm exam solution that includes the solution to the enhanced problems assigned for Homework 5. Linked a Homework 8 solution. Problem 1b in Homework 8 is slightly different than the 2018 final exam problem on which it was based, and so the solution is different. (The only difference is that in the exam fetch groups were aligned, whereas in the homework they are not. |

When working on the Homework 1 solution, be aware that some output of your MIPS routine might have scrolled off the top of the SPIM console. To see the scrolled-off material focus the SPIM console window and press the PageUp and PageDown keys. |
