The Image Processing Lab was founded in 2003 by Dr. Bahadir K. Gunturk in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at LSU. The lab is equipped with the state of the art technology to capture, process, and display images and video. Research in the lab covers a wide range of topics in the areas of image/video processing and computer vision.

The lab is located at the Engineering Research and Development (ERD) Building, Room 348.
