A 4-year Economic Development Assistantship (EDA) is available to an entering outstanding PhD (EE) student beginning fall 2005. A strong background and interest in physics of semiconductors and device modeling are required. The assistantships are for National Science Foundation sponsored research in VLSI Design for Wireless Communication and Communication and Signal Processing.
