Video of the control circuit testing before we took
the whole system out to test. The threshold RPM was set at 50 RPM and the
voltage meter on the LCD was reading V_batt/2 (ie. 6.8 V is really 13.6 V). The
RPM reading is a bit sporadic since the blades wre being rotated by hand. If you
listen closely you can hear the relays switch when the mode switches to charge.
