Biographical Sketch

Served in the U.S. Navy until 1990 as an electronics technician and nuclear reactor operator. He received a B.S. in 1995 and an M.S. in 1998, both in physics, from the University of Southwestern Louisiana. He received an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Dallas in 1999.
