After checking the FAQ, you can request IT assistance via two methods:

  • Email the ECE HelpDesk
    • Be sure to include your PAWS ID and a meaningful subject line and problem description. Please try to be as specific as possible.
  • Create a ticket in the ECE HelpDesk portal
    • Login with your PAWS ID & password
