Retired EE professor Eugene Tims Passes Away

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Dr. Eugene
Tims, a retired professor emeritus of electrical engineering; he
passed away on February 2, 2012 at the age of 90. From his tenure as
an EE faculty member, through his many years of service as an ECE
Advisory Board member, he never lost the desire to teach others and to
expand his knowledge of the world. The Department benefited from
Dr. Tims' contributions across the years and he will be missed.
